The Bible says that there will always be seedtime and harvest, and God gives seed to the sower. It is impossible to reap a harvest without seeds being planted. Of course, seed isn’t always money but that is one form of it. God is bringing the REVERENCE back to His offering, for it is a HOLY THING!
